It started with a birthday.

Duke Duck was born from my passion for creating beautiful things.
It began in 2017, when I was looking for something truly special for one of my children’s birthday parties. I wanted something beautiful, delicate and memorable but I simply couldn’t find what I had in mind.

So I decided to learn to make it myself.

I chose macarons because they are notoriously difficult to master, the kind of challenge that has given even the finest pastry chefs a few grey hairs. For me, that made them irresistible.

Over time, they became much more than something I learned to bake. To me, the macaron is the ultimate expression of beauty and indulgence in a sweet: delicate, colourful, exquisitely made and endlessly creative.

That philosophy became Duke Duck handcrafted macarons made to bring beauty, flavour and a little theatre to life’s special moments.

Because, as far as I’m concerned, no celebration should be without macarons.
